For
those who consider them selves city rats, private
accommodation – rooms or apartments in the Old Town, is maybe the
best way to absorb the life of the city. You may find your self
waking up and going to sleep along with the city life it self and
may also slip in to the habits of the local people. Soon you’ll
notice that their behavior could be characterized as a slow-motion
way of motion. Just go with the flow! – Lazy morning coffee,
dragging fresh supplies from the local market in to your city’s
dens, taking a nap, going to the beach or again coffee and finally,
easy slipping in to Dubrovnik’s night life. |

> For those who haven’t booked the
room before arriving to the City, maybe the easiest way to find a
place to stay is to accept the offer from one of the people who
approach you at the bus station or ferry terminal. The prices are
lover than the prices of the hotel or those charged by the room
finding agencies and they are open to bargaining. In general, all
types of accommodation prices are higher during the top season (July
& August). |
