Koločep. This supernatural peace of paradise, all covered with exotic subtropical vegetation, is full with places for swimming and exploring as well.  Koločep is only 15 minutes boat ride distant from Dubrovnik, connected with the regular Jadrolinija’s boat service and with a private boat line Nova; few times a day, forth and back.

It isn’t by chance that Koločep is rated on the Internet as one of  “the top ten world's best resort islands”. Although it is a small island, its very indented coastline homes a variety of bays, caves, cliffs and above all two spectacular sandy beaches.

Igalo sandy beach. If you prefer lazy laying on the warm sand you have two options; Beautiful Long sandy beach Igalo in Donje Čelo bay, placed just in front the Villas Koločep hotel, offering possibilities for renting kayaks, bicycles (long romantic promenade is overlooking the bay) and one day Elafiti sailing trips. Several bars and restaurants are offering refreshments; a few local nearby cute bars in the Donje Čelo settlement city center or Villas Koločep spacey terrace restaurant-bar, thus the beach is somewhere in between those two locations.

Due to its indented appearance, Koločep has many isolated bays and FKK rocky beaches with friendly access to sea.

Placet is cliffy beach that is plunging down from very high spot with a spectacular view in to the sea, supported with small platforms that are connected with a steep staircase.
